Terms and Conditions - QR Code Ready

Welcome to QR Code Ready. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of our mobile app and website services, provided by Axiomatic Hong Kong Ltd. ("Axiomatic", "we", "us", or "our").

By interacting with our application, you agree to comply with these terms in full. If you disagree with any segment, please terminate the installation and use of our systems immediately.

1. Scope of License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the QR Code Ready software on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you, strictly for personal or internal commercial utility.

2. Prohibited Behaviors

You agree not to use the Application or web platform for any activity that is illegal or harmful to others. Prohibited actions include:

Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the utility source code.
Distributing modified or cracked versions of the App outside of official channels (Google Play Store).
Interfering with the normal delivery, API systems, or security frameworks of our web service.
Generating malicious QR codes containing phishing, virus distribution, or illegal links using our generator.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, icons, scanning algorithms, logos, source codes, and web assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Axiomatic Hong Kong Ltd. or its licensors. They are protected under Hong Kong and international copyright and trademark laws.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Application is delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We provide no warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding scanning performance, absolute accuracy of scanned values, or suitability for specific warehouse integration.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Axiomatic Hong Kong Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages, including database loss, hardware malfunctions, or operational interruptions resulting from app usage.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your relationship with QR Code Ready shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong.
